1. Prior appointment is required. Client can call the hotline 2230 5170 to make an appointment during office hours.
2. Client must bring the Credit Card and your HKID for registration at the clinc on the day of the appointment to confirm their identity. If the customer fails to present the above proof, Medical Concierge reserves the right not to provide services to the customers.

General Terms & Conditions:
