Global Dining Credit (Local Dining Credit) – Terms and Conditions:
1. Cardmembers must successfully enroll the Benefit with the Eligible Cards, then spend in-person (“Spending Requirement”) at participating local restaurants (“Participating Local Restaurants”) with the Enrolled Card (“Eligible Transaction”) to receive the Local Dining Credit (“Benefit”).
2. Enrolled Cardmembers will be eligible to receive the first HK$1,000 spend at participating local restaurants (Local Dining Credit) per redemption period.
3. Only Basic Cardmembers of The Platinum® Card and American Express® Peninsula Platinum Card issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) (“Eligible Cards” and such holders, “Eligible Cardmembers”) are eligible to participate in the Benefit.
4. Supplementary Cards and The Platinum Additional Cards are not eligible for this Benefit.

21. These terms and conditions and other terms and conditions of the Eligible Credit Card and the Participating Merchants will apply. We and the Participating Merchants reserve the right to vary or cancel the offer, or amend the terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. 22. If we or the Participating Merchants believe that you have acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, you will not be able to enjoy the offer.
23. In case of disputes arising out of this promotion, the decision of the Participating Merchants and/or us shall be final and conclusive.
24. We write the terms and conditions of the offer under Hong Kong laws. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of the promotional materials and these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
What these terms mean
25. 'Eligible Credit Card' refers to any HSBC Personal and Business credit cards (excluding Purchasing Card and Private Label Card) issued by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited in Hong Kong (and its successors and assigns).
26. 'Participating Merchant' refers to respective merchants which offering year-round offer and/or Birthday offer for HSBC Credit Cardholder.

1. Offer is not applicable on New Year's Day (1 January), 1st to 4th day of Chinese New Year (10 to 13 February), Valentine's Day (14 February), Easter Holiday (29 March to 1 April), Mother's Day (12 May), Father's Day (16 June), Mid-Autumn Festival (17 to 18 September), Winter Solstice (21 December), Christmas Celebration (24 to 26 December), New Year's Eve (31 December), public holidays, fireworks display nights and when tickets are required for entry to restaurants.
2. 1-day advance booking is required and please state the redemption of the offers when making reservation.
3. Offer is not applicable to corkage, takeaways, special promotions, specially negotiated menu, guest chef promotions, cigarettes/cigars/tobacco, discounted dishes/menus, private functions, catering services, banquets, meetings, conferences, weddings, room service, festive items, voucher sales and ticket sales events.

Terms and Conditions for Dining Offers:
1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period is valid till December 31, 2024.
2. The products/services are provided by the relevant merchant(s), China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited shall have no liability in any respect.
3. Cardmembers have to indicate their intention to enjoy the offers at the time of reservation and before ordering.
4. 10% service charge and charges for tea & condiments (if applicable) shall be counted based on original price.

Terms and Conditions for Merchant Promotion Program (“Program”):

Unless otherwise specified, this Program is only available for the credit card(s) (“Card”) issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (“Bank”) (except Business Card) and is available to cardmembers of the Cards (“Cardmember(s)”) during the promotion period stated in our promotional material. For CCB (Asia) UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Cardmembers the offer is only available at merchants accepting UnionPay Dual Currency credit card for payment.
3. To enjoy the offers set out in this promotional material (“Offers”), you need to settle the retail transactions with the Card. The Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offer(s) and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. The Bank, merchants and suppliers reserves the right to vary the Program and/or these Terms and Conditions, or to cancel the Program, at our discretion at any time.
9. The Bank and the related merchant retain the final decision in any differences or disputes under the Program.
10. In case of any inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
