Cinema City Offer Remarks:
1. The offer is only applicable to movie tickets purchased via the Merchant’s website (https://www.cinemacity.com.hk ) and mobile application (Cinema City), and it is not applicable to movie tickets purchased via the Merchant’s box offices or ticketing kiosks.
2. The offer is only applicable to adult regular-priced 2D, 3D, 4DX and Atmos movie tickets. The offer is not applicable to Designated Blackout Dates, the Metroplex VIP House, all films with a screening time commencing before 12:00 noon, films screening on Tuesdays, all shows with discounted ticket price, preview films, special films, films being screened within movie festival shows, house booking, bulk purchase, alternative content and any particular movies requested by movie distributors as announced by the Merchant.

“Cinema City - online 20% off 2D, 3D, 4DX and Atmos movie tickets” Terms and Conditions:
1. The offer applies to cardholders of Citi Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”)(“Cardholders”). Cinema City (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the Merchant for details.
2. Cardholders are entitled to 20% off regular-priced movie tickets purchased online from the Merchant with Eligible Cards during the Promotion Period, subject to the terms and conditions hereof.
3. The offer is only applicable to movie tickets purchased via the Merchant’s website (https://www.cinemacity.com.hk) and mobile application (Cinema City), and it is not applicable to movie tickets purchased via the Merchant’s box offices or ticketing kiosks.
4. The offer is subject to a quota of 4,200 movie tickets each calendar month on a first-come, first-served basis.
5. The offer is limited to a maximum of 8 movie tickets per transaction. Ticket price will be rounded up to the nearest integer after discount.
6. The offer is only applicable to adult regular-priced 2D, 3D, 4DX and Atmos movie tickets.

- February 8 to 15, 2024
- December 15 to 31, 2024

General Terms and Conditions:
1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period is from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024, both dates inclusive (except Designated Blackout Dates hereof), or when the offer quota limit hereof is reached, whichever is earlier (“Promotion Period”).
2. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
3. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which the Offer(s) was awarded, Citibank reserves the right to deduct from the Cardholder’s credit card account or bank account linked to the relevant Eligible Card the equivalent amount of the Offer(s) without prior notice.
4. Cardholders must keep and submit the relevant original credit card sales slips and original merchant sales receipts and/or other documents in respect of the transactions for inspection upon request by Citibank. All documents submitted to Citibank will not be returned.
5. Cardholders’ credit card accounts must be valid and with good record during the Promotion Period and at the time of offer redemption in order to be eligible to receive the Offer(s), otherwise Citibank reserves the right to forfeit the Offer(s) without prior notice.
6. Whether or not specified below, all offers are subject to offer quota or product/service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the respective merchant’s absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
7. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services provided by the Merchant. For the avoidance of doubt, the respective Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
8. If, for whatever reason (including without limitation, offer quota limit is reached, any cinema is closed temporarily due to construction, any special incidents or force majeure events or under expiry of tenancy), Cardholders fail to enjoy the offer(s), Citibank and the Merchant will not accept any liability. The Promotion Period of the offer(s) will not be extended.
9. Movie tickets are sold a on first-come-first-served basis, subject to availability. Citibank and the Merchant accept no liability for any inconvenience caused to any Cardholders in "full house" situations.
10. Citibank and the Merchant reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
11. All offers are not applicable to handling fees, platform fees, service fees and/or any additional charges by the respective Merchant.
12. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the Merchant.
13. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
