3. The offers are only applicable to on-day and on-site ticket purchase.
4. The offers cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, members’ privileges discounts, gift certificate, consignment items, discounted and fixed items unless specified.
5. The offers carry no cash value and cannot be transferred, altered, refunded, and exchanged for cash, other commodities or offers.
6. The offer is valid during the promotion period, except for sky100 closure dates due to special events, special timeslot or programs which require a separate admission charge and block-out dates as announced by sky100 from time to time. The prevailing block-out dates and deck closure dates are set out in the sky100’s website and are subject to change.
7. The opening hours of sky100 Hong Kong Observation Deck are subject to change due to inclement weather or other special circumstances. Please visit sky100 website before departure.
8. Children aged 11 or below with valid tickets must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above with a valid ticket.
9. Visitors must comply with the Rules & Regulations of sky100 set out in sky100’s official website.
10. sky100 may, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, change the operating hours, close the Observation Deck or any part of it temporarily, and/or restrict the admission, due to capacity, inclement weather, special events, safety or security concerns.
11. sky100 reserves the right to amend or supplement these Terms and Conditions or terminate or suspend this Offer at any time without any prior notice. In the event of disputes regarding these Terms and Conditions, the decision of sky100 shall be final.
General Terms & Conditions:
1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period is from January 1 to December 31, 2024 (both dates inclusive).
2. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion applies to cardholders of Citi Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Commercial Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited and other Citi entities ("Citibank") ("Eligible Cards") ("Cardholders"). The merchant may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the respective merchant for details.
3. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the offer(s) to the respective merchant prior to payment and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the respective merchant.
4. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to input designated promo code prior to payment (if applicable) and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the respective merchant.
